Shipping policy

Delivery of orders placed in the YOSOY® online shop

At YOSOY®, we take care of every detail – including ensuring that your orders arrive quickly, safely and in perfect condition. We offer proven delivery methods provided by reputable courier companies, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

Available delivery methods in Poland:

1. DPD

Courier: PLN 18.90

Delivery to a pick-up point: PLN 12.90

Standard delivery time: 1-2 working days from the moment of dispatch.

2. InPost

Courier: PLN 18.90 

Parcel locker: PLN 16.90

3. Orlen Paczka: PLN 12.90
4. International shipping - the delivery cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination country.

Order processing time

Fast order processing and shipping are one of our priorities at YOSOY®.

• Orders placed and paid for by 11:00 are shipped on the same working day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 are shipped the next working day.

Courier delivery within Poland usually takes 1-2 working days from the moment the parcel is picked up by the courier company. In special cases, this time may be extended – we will inform the customer individually.

Delivery date = order processing time + estimated delivery time.
