Returns Policy
You have the right to return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without giving a reason.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been used, it must have the original labels attached and be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a return
To initiate the return process, use the returns form available from your order overview or your account (https://accounts.yosoy.pl/orders). Once you have completed the form, you must return the parcel yourself within 14 days to the shop’s address:

Exceptions not eligible for return
We do not accept returns of YOSOY gift cards. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use beyond standard inspection of the goods. This applies in particular to stains, signs of wear and tear, mechanical damage (damaged fabric/knit structure, products with visible pilling), the absence of the original attached label, as well as the presence of odours from, for example, washing powders or other detergents.
Returns and return costs
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, we will refund you the full amount paid for the product. The cost of returning the product to our warehouse is borne by the Customer. If delivery to you was free of charge, the refund covers the price of the product. The seller may withhold the refund of payments received from the consumer until the goods have been returned or the consumer has provided proof of their return.
