The order must be placed by logging in to the website www.yosoy.pl or as a "guest".
The YOSOY store allows you to choose one of the following payment methods:

In the YOSOY online store, there is no possibility of payment on delivery. Only prepayment for the order is possible.
We will inform you about the order status via e-mail in the form of a text message after the payment has been credited to our account.
Orders paid and posted to our bank account by 11:00 will be processed the same day. If payment is posted after 11:00, the order will be processed the next business day.
By telephone/email request – our Customer Service department will do this for you.
If the parcel with the order is not collected, the parcel will be returned to the company's headquarters. Please contact us by e-mail at hello@yosoy.pl or by phone at +48 783 300 888 (Monday - Tuesday from 8:00-16:00).
It will be necessary to pay the cost of returning the parcel to the company and the cost of re-sending to the specified address, in the total amount of: PLN 37.80. Payment should be made by traditional transfer. In the transfer title, enter "Re-sending order no. xxxx" (providing your order number). It is also possible to cancel the order. In such a case, PLN 18.90 will be deducted from the order amount, which is due for returning the parcel to the company. The refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of information about the cancellation of the order.
Reordering products in our shop is only possible if the first order has not yet been sent. Please contact us by e-mail at hello@yosoy.pl or by phone at +48 783 300 888. You should place a new order with only the products you want to reorder and then pay for it. Once the payment has been recorded and we have been informed by you about the order, we will prepare it and send it in one package.
The availability of our products is updated on an ongoing basis. However, if you have a question about its availability, write us a message. You can also select the option "Notify me when available". As soon as the product appears in our catalog, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
In case of receiving an incorrect/faulty product, please contact us by e-mail at hello@yosoy.pl to file a complaint. The message should include: the order number in which the faulty product was located and a short description of the fault of the product being complained about and a photo showing the product.
It is likely that the product you were interested in was very popular. If another customer pays for the order first, the products will not be available to the person who had them in the cart. The cart does not reserve products.
Products that reach the Outlet may have minor defects in the form of, for example, small pulls, defects in the weave, differences in dimensions or slight dirt. These are not defects that negatively affect the comfort of using the product, nor can they harm the user.
It is not possible to take additional photos of Outlet products. We do not provide information on defects of individual products. It is not possible to reserve a specific Outlet product. Outlet products cannot be returned.
If your order has been placed and processed correctly, an automatic order confirmation email is sent to your email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service directly so that we can check the status of your order. It is possible that your order was unsuccessful or that the email address you provided was incorrect.

You can report a return of goods using the form available on our website in the "Regulations" tab, and then attach it to the package with the returned product. The cost of return is borne by the customer.

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your package. We will transfer the money to the account number from which you paid for your order.
A complaint about a product is considered within 14 days of receiving the product. After the complaint is considered, you will receive a decision on your email address.
You can file a complaint about the product using the form available on our website in the "Regulations" tab, and then attach it to the package with the product you are complaining about. The complaint must be sent back at your own expense.
In the YOSOY store we do not exchange goods.
